Common Questions

License Activation

After purchasing, you'll receive your license key via email and on the checkout confirmation page. To activate:

• Open FavTray from your menu bar
• Click the license badge in the bottom-right corner
• Paste your license key and click Activate

If you didn't receive your license key, check your spam folder or email us at hello@favtray.com.

Moving to a New Mac

Open FavTray on your old Mac, go to the license window, and click Deactivate. Then activate on your new Mac with the same license key. Personal licenses allow 1 Mac; Team licenses allow up to 3.

Cancellation & Refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal — click "Manage Subscription" in the FavTray license window.
