Common Questions

License Activation

After purchasing, you'll receive your license key via email and on the checkout confirmation page. To activate:

• Open FavTray from your menu bar
• Click the license badge in the bottom-right corner
• Paste your license key and click Activate

If you didn't receive your license key, check your spam folder or email us at hello@favtray.com.

Moving to a New Mac

Open FavTray on your old Mac, go to the license window, and click Deactivate. Then activate on your new Mac with the same license key. Personal and Lifetime licenses each cover 1 Mac.
