We want you to be happy with FavTray. If it's not the right fit, here's how cancellation and refunds work.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with FavTray for any reason, email hello@favtray.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies. After 14 days, lifetime license purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not available for lifetime licenses. However, if you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please email hello@favtray.com and we'll review your request.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@favtray.com with your license key or the email address used for purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
