We want you to be happy with FavTray. If it's not the right fit, here's how cancellation and refunds work.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with FavTray for any reason, email hello@favtray.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Personal licenses renew automatically every month. To cancel, email hello@favtray.com with your license key or the email address used for purchase, and we'll cancel the renewal for you. Your license stays active until the end of the current billing period.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your Pro license remains active until the end of the current billing period. You don't lose access immediately.
After the period ends, Pro-only features (Cloud Costs, Keep Alive, GitHub Notifications) will be locked. Free features (Eye Rest, Port Kill, Menu Bar Manager, plus core AI Usage / Window Manager / System Info) continue working.
Your data is preserved locally on your Mac. If you reactivate later, everything is still there.
You can reactivate at any time by purchasing a new license.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies. After 14 days, lifetime license purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not available for subscription renewals or lifetime licenses. However, if you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please email hello@favtray.com and we'll review your request.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@favtray.com with your license key or the email address used for purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
