Meetings

Never join
late again

A 1-minute warning, then a full-screen takeover with one-click Join for Meet, Zoom, and Teams. It reads the calendar your Mac already has — locally, read-only — and it knows better than to interrupt the call you're already on.

A meeting countdown reaching zero and the Join button pulsing as the takeover appears.
What it does

The meeting comes to you

A Warning You'll Actually See

One minute before every meeting, a heads-up appears. At start time, a full-screen takeover with one button that matters: Join. No more surfacing from deep work fifteen minutes late.

One-Click Join

FavTray finds the Meet, Zoom, or Teams link inside the calendar event and opens it directly — no hunting through the invite, no clicking through the calendar app.

Reads Your Calendar, Never Writes It

It uses your Mac's built-in calendar access, read-only and 100% local. Your events never leave your machine, and FavTray can't change, move, or delete anything.

Knows When You're Already In One

Camera or mic active? The takeover waits — it never interrupts the meeting you're already in to announce the next one.

Plan the Day at a Glance

Today and tomorrow from the popover, or pick any date with the day navigator. All-day events included, declined ones hidden.

Works Above Everything

Fullscreen code editor, presentation mode, a video on top — the takeover appears above it all. Meetings you accepted are meetings you make.

FAQ

Questions

Which calendars does it work with?

Anything your Mac's Calendar app syncs — Google Calendar, iCloud, Exchange/Outlook, CalDAV. FavTray reads events through macOS's calendar framework locally, so if it shows in Calendar.app, FavTray sees it. No separate account or OAuth needed.

Which meeting links can it join?

Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and any http(s) link found in the event's location, notes, or conference fields. Join opens the link in your default browser (or the native app if it claims the URL).

Will it interrupt a meeting I'm already in?

No. FavTray detects an active camera or microphone locally and holds the takeover until your current call ends. The 1-minute warning is a small non-blocking panel, never a screen grab.

Can it modify or share my calendar?

No. Access is read-only and entirely on-device. FavTray never writes to your calendar and never transmits event data anywhere — there's no server involved.

What if I don't want a takeover for some meetings?

Declined events never fire. All-day events show on the agenda but don't take over. And Esc dismisses any takeover instantly — it's a nudge with authority, not a lock.

Is Meetings free?

It's a Pro-tier feature, included with the Personal plan (₹49/month) and the Lifetime license (₹2499), and fully available during the 30-day trial.
